Return & Refund Policy

We want every gift, prank, and gadget you buy from us to land exactly the way you hoped. If it doesn't, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

How to Start a Return

Email info@funshopgifts.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you a prepaid return label for eligible returns within the contiguous United States.

Damaged or Defective Items

If an item arrives damaged, or an electronic item (projector, lamp, handheld console) stops functioning under normal use within 90 days, we'll replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you — just send a photo of the issue to speed up the process.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as final sale at checkout
• Gift cards
• Items returned after the 30-day window without prior authorization
• Products that show signs of use beyond normal inspection

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

Want a different color, size, or item entirely? Mention it when you email us and we'll set up an exchange instead of a refund once the original item is on its way back to us.
