Shipping Policy
Fun Shop Gifts ships exclusively within the United States. Because our catalog is made up of small, lightweight items — mugs, prank props, desk gadgets, and pop-culture collectibles — we're able to offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. There are no hidden shipping fees added at checkout.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed to our shipping carrier within 1-2 business days of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (Free): 5-8 business days after processing
- Express Shipping ($8.95, free on orders over $75): 2-3 business days after processing
Delivery estimates begin once an order has shipped, not from the order date. Remote areas or P.O. boxes may experience slightly longer transit times.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, contact us within 5 days so we can investigate with the carrier.
Shipping Restrictions
Because several of our novelty items are small parts or contain button-cell batteries, we ship within the contiguous United States only at this time. We are not currently able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, or international addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected delivery window, email info@funshopgifts.com with your order number and we'll track it down or send a replacement.
